How to unlock the STREET RIPPER achievement in Mindjack - Definitive Guide

The 1st opportunity in the game to hack into a Titan comes during the "Colosseum' level. The Titan is not visible in the area but rather hidden behind a door. You can easily find him by "jumping" while in wanderer mode by pressing the LB or RB until you find him.

If you want to get the achievement legitimately then you just hack into him and try to kill as many enemies as possible before you get killed yourself. You can probably kill more as a Blue team player than a Red since you're likely to have more enemies to engage as Blue.

But if you'd rather boost for it then host a game and invite a friend to join as a Red team player. Hack into the Titan and stay near the outside of the door where he comes out. Have your boosting partner hack into an enemy and meet you at that area away from the shooting and the kill him with the Titan and have him go and get another enemy and repeat until you have killed him 10 times. You might need to redo the level a couple of times to get it.

At the very least you could have included what buttons do what as a Titan. Playing half a map just to die and learn nothing pisses me off.

It is not hand holding. The buttons really are a pain to learn and it would have been much less time consuming for us if you listed them. I got my Titan killed about 50 times before I learned what button does what.

Good guide though, thumbs up.

Thanks. Sorry I wasn't more specific about buttons. If I ever do more achievement guides I will keep that in mind for future reference.

Sorry. I got rid of the game and haven't played it in a couple years so I don't remember exactly where it is. I'd suggest trying Youtube

Just did this solo.

You don't need to kill 10 enemies in one go. I died twice and killed a total of 10 enemies across all three attempts. You do however need to do it in one sitting - if you kill 4 then turn off your Xbox or exit the game the counter resets to 0.

Sorry. Didn't think anyone would require quite that much hand-holding. But I have long since gotten rid of my copy of the game and haven't played in months if not longer. But from what I remember I think the LT and RT buttons and maybe the X Button. The Titan has 2 moves from what I can remember... he will strike down on an enemy with his fists... sort of a ground-pound move, and he will also swing with 1 arm and hit enemies. Basically you're stuck doing melee moves with a room full of enemies firing weapons at you. It may take more than one shot trying to get the achievement.

This is easiest done with a friend (You're going to be running through it on co-op anyway, right?)

Boot up chapter 2-2 (like the other solution says) and choose to be a blue hacker, while your friend is red.

When you go down the stairs into the lobby with the central desk, and loads of enemies you're in the right area. Defeat several enemies to bring out a new wave. Use cn_LB and cn_RB while you're in the wanderer phase to find the large gorilla (this is the Titan!) Mindjack it, and let your friend come toward you. Press cn_B to punch your friend, and usually this will kill them in one hit. (2 should be the most)

Repeat this 10 times, and the achievement is yours.

Titans are units that are giant Gorillas. This simply requires you to mind hack a Titan and kill 10 enemies with the button. This can be done with a partner so you don’t get shot. He stands there and you melee him and let him bring another guy for you to melee.

The levels a Titan are found on are: 02-2 and 10-0.

In the selection of scenes, select scene 08-1 (you can also find titanium in scene 02-2), when you get to the location with snipers, press L3+R3 , then use :L1 : or we find a large gorilla (this is titanium), hack it, and run to kill enemies (hit - press )

Three enemies are within easy reach, the rest cannot be killed by a titanium. By replaying the stage we reach the score to 10.
