How to unlock the Sound of Music achievement in Minecraft - Definitive Guide

You'll first need to find the new Meadows biome, which looks somewhat like this:
They can be found at the 'lower level' of a mountain. You can identify a Meadow biome by it's distinctive teal grass color and plentiful amounts of flowers.
You'll also need a jukebox, which is crafted with eight wooden planks and one diamond, and any kind of music disc. Simply place the jukebox and music disc within the boundaries of the Meadow biome and the achievement will eventually pop. It was a little delayed for me, took around 20 seconds for it to appear.

a great seed for this is "400" it spawns a meadow biome just east of spawn and is right next to a village that has a diamond in the blacksmith house chest, highly recommend!

Coordinates of said village? Can't find it. Can only find a tiny village nearby.

You get this achievement for placing a music disc inside a jukebox within the new “meadow” biome.
If you don’t want to use a Realms achievement world, the easiest way I have found is the following. Thanks to Kuyonn and DuhBulYew for various coordinates left in comments on another guide.
Load up a new world on peaceful with the seed “400”, enabling show coordinates and starting chest to help. You’ll spawn in/around a ravine at 0, 70, 0 - find the chest if you can be bothered. It helps but isn’t necessary.
First, make your way to a nearby village, where you’ll find 2 diamonds in a chest at 170, 95, -370. Grab these.
Next, head over to 346, -42, -482 to find the music disk (it is safe to dig straight down from the surface). I suggest you make a couple of stone pickaxes in case your first breaks.
Finally, head back up to the surface and chop down the nearby tree for some wood. Craft your jukebox and head over to 435, 96, -480. Place your jukebox, add the disc and wait ~20 seconds for the achievement to pop. Enjoy.

If you have an Xbox Live Gold or a Minecraft Realms membership, you can go into realms online, which are created by Minecraft players. With the new title update, this Dubai Trophies Realm includes the Caves and Cliffs: Part 2 area. You can either go to the teleporters near the base game achievements area to teleport to the Caves and Cliffs Part 2 area, or just use the speed pads that make you go really fast to go all the way to the end.

There would be teleporters that will teleport you to a place where you can get that specific achievement in the achievement areas. The descriptions to earn the achievements in the realm are in English and Arabic.
