Thanks to @Defested (His comment bellow), if you want to start the hunt you have to put 4 items (One mele and range weapon, artifact and gear/armor) with specific combination of the little symbols on each item. As I tried today, they have to be at least 3 diffrent symbols. If I know more, I will add it to this guide
In order to get this achievement you have to collect 500 gold in acient hunt missions.
You can do it in the new cave down stairs in player's camp, it requires to give items which total items power must be at least 100 (an example a sword 73 power and armor 27 power). Then choose the difficulty you want and play the hunt!
During hunt you will find many new chests which gives you the gold after you open them (about 5-8) also you can get the gold from mobs but for now I don't know exactly which do it, I think it's random, and then do it a few times, after one run I collected 50 so it is goona be about 8-10 rushes.

My 1st run gave 102 gold, I am 3 runs in and at 259. Done all runs on Apoc 12, so doesnt appear to be much of a difference in gold between Apoc difficulties

As the trophy says, you only need to collect 500 gold overall, not at one time. Gold can only be earned as seasonal awards, in Ancient Hunts, or as a reward for beating Ancient Hunts. Gold can be used to purchase Gilded items from the Piglin merchant, so it's very useful. The best way to amass Gold is to open all the chests in an Ancient hunt, making sure to kill all the enemies(especially the ones with health bars), and if possible, kill the Ancient Mobs which have a chance of appearing. Gold is a new currency introduced in this DLC. It can only be earned on Ancient Hunts as the chests in this mode are full of gold. In a single Ancient Hunt, you should be able to earn around 50 gold, so just keep grinding Ancient Hunts until you have earned enough gold.

You can sell gold-plated clothes that are given in hunting. If you don't need them, this will speed up getting the trophy. Gold bars are given for gold-plated clothes. Not much, but it will help too.
