In order to unlock this achievement, you will first need to reach tier 13 in the Fauna Faire battlepass. The desert rabbit is a free reward, so purchasing the adventure pass is not necessary. After reaching tier 13, you will unlock the desert rabbit as a reward which you can claim by navigating to the adventure hub in the lobby area. After claiming the desert rabbit reward, you will need to complete the Lower Temple mission on Apocalypse difficulty. The Lower Temple mission is a secret mission that can be accessed via a hidden route in the game's Desert Temple campaign level. Head past the area's first checkpoint until you get to the golden key point, then drop into the door just past that to hit three switches and unlock a scroll which drops the Lower Temple area onto your game's world map.
