-Burning brew is a consumable found in the echoing void dlc missions (which includes the stronghold mission in the overwold).
-Once you pick up the burning brew you have to kill an enemy with the fire aspect weapon, keep in mind the burning brew will also damage enemies and may kill it before you do sometimes.

This can be unlocked in the Stronghold mission rather quickly once you have a fire aspect weapon. Small mobs seem to constantly drop from the ceiling, and I got this by accident.
