How to unlock the End Run achievement in Minecraft Dungeons - Definitive Guide
The Obsidian Claymore is a new variant on the Claymore weapon, and can be found in either the Ender Wilds or Broken Citadel, as well as merchants once you’ve unlocked the Ender Wilds. Like the Claymore, it is slow but powerful.
There are three new mobs that this applies to:
Watchling - the Zombie equivalent, a melee enemy. These look like a shorter Enderman covered in eyes.
Blastling- the Skeleton archer equivalent, a ranged enemy. These look like a bulkier Enderman with purple cannons on their arms. They fire much faster than a Skeleton Archer.
Snareling - the Spider equivalent, a mixed-range enemy. These look like an Enderman with a glowing belly and arms that drag in the ground. They spit goo that can trap you like a web and/or slow your movement if you step in it. They can also teleport to you and attack by flailing their uncomfortably long arms at you.
Once you have an Obsidian Claymore, this should come though natural play if you’re working through the levels. If you have finished the rest of the DLC achievements, the first area Broken Citadel has plenty of these mobs to punish and abuse.
Ender mites do not count towards this total. Even so, it should come quickly. I got it on my second run of Broken Citadel, after two runs of Ender Wilds.
Also, the tracker is very inaccurate. Mine was at 30% when it unlocked. Don’t rely on this for your progress.

Just FYI it looks like this is like the other achievements that the unique variant (the starless night) does not count. I got to 30% with the standard obsidian claymore and then switched to the starless night and the tracker stopped. I thought it might have gotten stuck like yours but after a full level of it not progressing (way more than 100) I switched back halfway through a level and quickly got back to 40 and then 50% of the tracker. So in short use standard obsidian claymore.

Can confirm the unique variant does not count toward this achievement. The tracker updates in increments of 10% (100 kills) for me with a delay before updating.

A new modified version of the Claymore available through the Echoing Void DLC is the Obsidian Claymore. You will need to find it in Echoing Void DLC levels as a drop/level reward or it can also be purchased from the Camp Merchants if they have it in stock.
To gain progress toward this achievement, you must defeat Watchlings, Blastlings, and Snarelings with the weapon. These are the smaller enderman looking enemies. Other enemies that are new to the DLC, like Shulkers do not count toward this achievement. Additionally, you can use the Obsidian Claymore with enchantments that deal damage and still have progress count.
Once you have the Obsidian Claymore, the first area of the Broken Citadel is a great place to farm. Clear out all the Enderlings from the Outer Islands, return to Camp, rinse and repeat.

We buy/find/accept this weapon as a gift and go to any location in the region. We destroy all representatives of this location (you don’t have to try to kill all the small purple scales, they are not needed. You only need large mobs that look like an enderman. Some shoot, others teleport behind your back, others shoot mucus and then attack)
