How to unlock the Expert Explorer achievement in Minecraft Dungeons - Definitive Guide
The enemies that spawn on this map are far more numerous than any other and there is Monster Spawner cages you can just camp at to force mobs to spawn
.
Usually you can go up 2 levels or so per run of this map.
Having a Soul Healer as an artifact will help you survive a little longer also but isnt needed.
Difficulty: Default Tier: VI(6)
Once you beat the game, lower the draw bridge, and enter the church, you will be tasked with finding the 9 runes, each scattered variously throughout every level. The link to help you out with the runes is posted in the spoiler at the bottom of this guide
Once you have done that, Head back to the church and the level will unlock.
All you have left to do is hack and slash at all the mooshroom. I went from level 40-42 by the end of the level. It is a good idea to have a melee weapon with a high DPS, like a claymore or hammer, and heavy armor with damage reduction and a chance to negate hits... They drop strength potions fairly often. My setup was heartstealer claymore with stalwart armor. I used a level 40 harvester artifact to insta kill crowds of mooshroom by herding them all together.
I suggest saving all arrows for the boss battle if you want to fight it. I have a fairly easy way of trapping the boss by running around one of the corners and dropping below him by one block to stay underneath his attack while he’s stuck from moving. I attached an image for that.
Good luck!
P.s. please note that I’m not trying to hijack the other solution or copy the comments. But you can’t view the comments made for that solution on the Xbox TA app.
If you head over to Redstone Mines and get to a spawner, keep your x button pressed down near to it but not touching it (I used a combination of sellotape and one of the wifes ornaments) and the mobs will keep re-spawning and heading over to your weapon of choice. Make a nice cup of tea and switch over to Netflix for an hour or so and DING levels are going up. Cheesy Peesy
You can farm XP (And emeralds/gear/kills) on the Redstone Mines level. This level is full of Spawner blocks, which spawn in enemies. Simply, kill these enemies over and over again without destroying the Spawner block.
To avoid any danger of dying, you can summon allies with Artifacts (refer to A Friend in Need (30G) for more information about Artifacts and allies) or equip armor that includes pets that fight for you, like the Spelunker Armor. If you use this method, make sure you position yourself so that the Spawner block is off screen. This will stop your pets/allies from destroying the Spawner block and make sure they only focus on killing the enemies that spawn in. You can also use this method to generate a seemingly endless supply of emeralds that the mobs drop and by selling the gear that the mobs drop.
Assuming you don’t replay levels a bunch, you should hit level 50 during your Apocalypse difficulty playthrough. Leveling up is pretty straight forward, there are 4 ways to level up: Killing Enemies (higher difficulty = more XP earned), Surviving Ambushes (Ambushes are triggered periodically in levels, clearing out all the enemies gives you XP per enemy killed, plus a bit of extra XP for finishing the ambush), Story Progression (Completing levels, even replaying them, nets extra XP depending on level difficulty), Defeating Bosses (Defeating a boss nets a large chunk of XP and usually some pretty good gear drops).

PS I recommend rechecking the game after 20 minutes of such farming, because there is a possibility that the zombies will get stuck in each other and stop approaching you, and new zombies will stop spawning. If this happens, try changing the character's position so that the zombies always spawn in a place where they have no obstacles to get to you.
