You'll need to have the Flames of the Nether expansion for this achievement.
As the Achievement says, just complete the Nether Wastes on Apocalypse difficulty.
If you have not yet beaten other missions on Apocalypse, I'd recommend focusing on getting the Apocalypse achievements on the main levels first.

Theres 2 options for this.
1 join someone with the dlc or have them join you and load up the level
2 have someone load the level up for you and then complete it. They don't need to be in game anymore once the level has loaded just complete it

Complete Nether Wastes on Apocalypse difficulty.
Nether Wastes is one of the new levels in this DLC. Just complete it on any Apocalypse difficulty you are comfortable on.
