Fairly easy as it's only the second level of the game. I completed this on difficulty III by keeping my distance and shooting charged arrows (hold down RT). When out of arrows, I grouped them up and started slashing them with my sword while moving away after each hit. The game is very forgiving with health potion usage and enemies/passive mobs drop plenty of health regeneration items.
