Unlock apocalypse mode and plug away to get your gear score high enough to tackle and unlock the further power levels.
I completed this vanilla with an evenly matched gear score group, all parties had healing totems and soul amulets for additional heals.
Pets die quickly in the beams at the end boss so swap these out for any ranged DPS artefact, so you can keep up the pressure on the end boss during damage phases and clear out adds if you have night spawns, a modifier or raid boss modifier spawning adds.

I unlocked this achievement by having level 150 power gear with powerful enchantments on them.
