How to unlock the Treetop Trespasser achievement in Minecraft Dungeons - Definitive Guide

First, you need to unlock the Root rot armour. You can get it in this same level that is the Treetop Tangle.

Loot is random. You can get it on a skeleton or on the boss.

I recommend to do it on apocalypse plus difficulty to get

Then, just repeat the level on default difficulty. You cannot earn the armour during the mission, equip it and complete the level. It doesn't work.

I equipped the armor just before exiting the level and it popped.

It might be because I had armor before starting the level but changed it during the level and equipped it back at the end.

Ok. The armor dropped from a mob during the level and I equipped it at the end with no luck. I'll just run it again with it equipped from the start.

Seems to be buggy, equipped it from start and it did not unlock

I got this today using the black spot armour. I equipped it before I entered the level and kept it on throughout.

The Root Rot armor can only be found as a possible drop/reward from the Treetop Tangle mission which you can find in the Jungle biome. You don't need to own the Jungle DLC to play it. The armor is a very common drop from chests and enemies in the mission, so you shouldn't have much trouble finding it. If you're doing your run on Apocalypse Plus for

then you should get at least one. Once you have it, you need to equip it, start the mission again, and complete it without removing the armor. Putting the armor on just at the end of the mission will not award you the trophy. It needs to remain on for the entire duration of the mission. Once you complete it while keeping the armor on the entire time will grant you your trophy.
