Treetop Tangle is one of the free levels added to the Jungle Awakens dlc area with the Fauna Faire title update. Therefore no dlc purchase is necessary to unlock this achievement. Simply access the map and select the Treetop Tangle level and complete it on at least Apocalypse +1. After completing the level you will unlock the achievement.
