How to unlock the Body Guard achievement in Minecraft: Edition - Definitive Guide

Ok, here's an easy way to do this. Go into the tutorial and skip it. Then go to the farm area and take a pumpkin. Then go to the enchantment house and take a stone pickaxe. Now go to the beacon area and mine 4 blocks of iron. Then put one block on the ground, another directly on top, then 2 blocks on the 2 sides of the top block. Now put the pumpkin head on top of the top silver block. Achievement unlocked.

That's why I made it. I couldn't find an achievement guide that was for the new Minecraft tutorial, so I typed one. Sorry I couldn't make a video. And no problem TOBY.

This achievement just became ridiculously easy on the current (Elytra) tutorial world.

Load up the tutorial, then go all the way across the bridge, until the blacksmith is on your left. Go down to the blacksmith, then turn right and go up the stairs. There are two iron blocks on the ground. Open the chest on the ground and take out two more iron blocks and the pumpkin.

You're going to want to make a + sign with the blocks and the pumpkin. The pumpkin will be the head. Place the two blocks on the sides (like arms). I usually put the pumpkin on last, but I don't think it matters.

Yeah, they handed this one to us in this update.

Alternatively if you want to craft this, you need 36 smelted iron ingots & a pumpkin. Make four blocks of iron at your crafting table (each needs nine ingots) and make them into a T shape. Then place the pumpkin on the top. It's critical you place the pumpkin last or the golem will not spawn.

An Iron Golem is a friendly AI that you can create, the Golem will fight off any nearby monsters. To create the Golem you will need a pumpkin and 4 iron blocks. Iron blocks are created in the crafting table by using nine iron ingots. Once you've gotten the four blocks, place them in a T shape and then place the pumpkin on top of the T like the picture below; once you've done this, the Golem shall come to life and your will achievement will unlock.
