Easily done in the tutorial level, just go up the first stairs then down the left stairs past the anvil hut to get to the farming area and simply kill one of the cows there(I suggest breeding them first to get the Repopulation achievement) and if it drops leather you have your achievement!

This achievement is very simple. Basically, just run up to a cow and punch it a few times. It will attempt to run away but they are not as fast as you so chase it and make sure it dies. Hopefully the cow will drop some leather, pick up the leather and the achievement will be yours. (Using a sword will kill the cow quicker)

Note: Cows do not always drop leather, so if it doesn't drop any; then just look for another cow to kill, they usually come in groups anyway.

This can also be obtained by finding a leather in a chest in the tutorial world, putting in inventory, dropping and then picking up to unlock the Achievement.

Simply find a cow, kill it, and harvest leather. Not all cows give leather, so this may take a few tries.
