How to unlock the Feeling Ill achievement in Minecraft: Edition - Definitive Guide
Do NOT load the game on peaceful when looking for Evokers. If you spawn in a mansion, no hostile mobs (including Evokers) will spawn in the mansion.
Seed
According to AStarfox in the comments, seed 83014 spawn you next to a mansion as of Nov. 19, 2017.
What are Evokers?
Evokers look like grey villagers with green robes.
These mobs types are known as illagers. There are 3 so far, but only Evokers will give this achievement. They are hostile towards the player.
Where do Evokers spawn?
The Evoker only spawns in Woodland Mansions which in turn only spawns in the roofed forest biome. Evokers only spawn with the initial spawn of the mansion and do not respawn or despawn.

Seed 83014 still works as of today.
I wasted way longer prepping than I needed to. My advice for anyone still going for it is that you only need food, stone swords and dirt blocks. Taking the time to get leather armour isn't needed with the method I outline below.
Create the world with the bonus chest as that doesn't disable achievements (hopefully you get melon seeds as they are a great starter food). Kill the sheep, cows, pigs and chickens in the area for better food and do it asap so they can respawn.
Stone swords will take 4 hits to kill a Vindicator but that shouldn't be an issue with the method below.
Dirt is the easiest random block to acquire in quantity early on as it's the quickest to collect and stone shovels are cheap.
I used dirt to build a way up to the ground floor of the building and entered through an empty room. Use dirt to block off rooms as you go past them so you know your back is covered. Every time I encountered a new corridor I created a kind of "airlock" by placing dirt at head height across the corridor. Leave a 1 block space in front of the line of dirt and then place another dirt block as a stepping stone (you'll have to remove a piece of carpet). Do the same on the other side of line of dirt. Enemies can climb up onto the block but can't jump the gap to the top of the line of dirt blocks so you can stand up there and hit them without risk of being hit yourself. This makes fighting Vindicators a lot easier and the only enemy that can bypass this "airlock" are spiders who can crawl underneath (I only encountered 1 spider). Whenever possible just seal enemies into whatever room they're in to save time. I saved after every enemy killed but I acknowledge that might have been overkill. I eventually found 2 Evokers and both were on the middle floor of the mansion. I ignored the first as he was in a fairly small room with 3 Vindicators and I couldn't agro them without getting hammered by the Evoker. The 2nd one was in a larger room with 2 Vindicators but they were all spread out so it was easy to take them one at a time. When you go for the Evoker, just charge in and go wild. Don't give him chance to be a dickhead! It doesn't matter if you die as you can just grab more food, swords and dirt and run back for round 2.

Thank you! Worked like a charm. Am uploading a video now and I'll get straight to unlocking the achievements once it's up.

Coordinates for the mansion? I didn't spawn anywhere near it when I loaded up the world.

All of these videos and and seed codes are crap. None of them work. Can someone explain why??
By Speak79 on 01 Aug 2017 12:39
Try seed 3964572094364597199. This code works as of 8/1/2017.
I got Cheating Death, and Feeling ill from this seed code.
I had to craft a sword and Armour out of iron first. Before going in the mansion.
If the seed code stops working. Please comment below.
Good luck.

The other solutions here describe wonderfully how to get this achievement, however the seeds provided may not work anymore due to game updates. That is why I am just offering help for people who want the achievement quickly as I have a map that has you spawn right next to the mansion
Send me a message on Xbox and I'll reply when I can and get you that achievement. I may show up as offline, but I do read all my messages. All I ask in return is for a nice up-vote.

-Once they die they will drop the Totem of Undying

You must make sure that this world is never played on Peaceful as all Evokers and Vindicators will disappear forever!
For the achievements
and
you will want to create a new world in Survival on Easy, Normal, or Hard. After naming your world you will want to click on more options to choose your seed. Enter whatever seed that is currently good for that Minecraft update. As well as choosing your seed make sure that the options to generate structures and the bonus chest are checked to make things a bit easier.
It is not needed but for peace of mind leave the fire spread option unchecked so the mansion never burns down.
Once in your world you will want to loot your bonus chest if turned on and then cut down some trees and collect wood. Eventually make some wooden tools and collect some cobblestone. After getting some cobblestone you can create a furnace and stone tools.
When possible kill sheep for wool so you can create a bed to set your spawn point.
At this point you probably want to get some food, swords, and and type of block and go to the mansion to kill the Evoker. Easiest way if you grabbed about a stack of blocks build a tower to access the top floor from the roof to skip a decent amount of Vindicators. Break down the wood wall or smash a window in to access the top floor. Take it slow and clear each room and eat food as needed until you find a grey robbed guy and wreck it with your sword. After killing the Evoker take the Totem of Undying and place it on the box to the right in your inventory and once it is in your characters left hand go find a Vindicator and let him kill you for the other achievement.
Thanks to Speak79 the current seed that works for the Evokers mansion is 3964572094364597199 as of 9/3/2017.
In the future when Minecraft updates again the seeds will most likely change and the old seeds that worked before may not work again. In that case you might want to create two worlds with the same seed. In one world you will want to play on creative mode to fly around and find yourself a mansion and jot the coordinates of those down.
On the second world you will want to keep it on survival and go to those coordinates to plan your course of action.

I've tried all the other posted seeds to no luck... updates.
You'll spawn in the South West. The location is on the very edge of the map to the North East. You should only need one map. There are fields of grass for food and lots of animals. Little hills for mining iron and what not. Don't forget to select Survival Easy. All the other suggestions above say don't play on peaceful so keep that in mind. I stacked blocks and went in through the roof top. Found the Evoker and destroyed him. He drops the Totem of Undying as well. While inside I looted chests and found a couple leads for llamas, horses etc. If you make this a permanent world you might find the trapped zombie inside the mansion helpful for converting him back to a villager. Just a thought. Think that's about everything. Good luck

Y 64
Z -234

Biome scale - Small
I also saw llama around this area if you still need the lead 5 llama's achievement
X 358
Y 80
Z -160
