How to unlock the Feels Like Home achievement in Minecraft - Definitive Guide
If you have an Xbox Live Gold or a Minecraft Realms membership, you can go into realms online, which are created by Minecraft players. With the new title update, this Dubai Trophies Realm includes the Caves and Cliffs: Part 2 area. You can either go to the teleporters near the base game achievements area to teleport to the Caves and Cliffs Part 2 area, or just use the speed pads that make you go really fast to go all the way to the end.

There would be teleporters that will teleport you to a place where you can get that specific achievement in the achievement areas. The descriptions to earn the achievements in the realm are in English and Arabic.

In Short:
You need to bring a strider from the Nether to the Overworld and ride it across a pool of lava.
According to others the required distance seems to be 50+ blocks in a direction, and can be either naturally generated or man-made. Running circles in a small pool doesn't seem to work.
Before you try the achievement you need a couple of things:
- Saddle: Can be found inside chests in generated structures, as well as through trading, fishing or pillager raids.
- Obsidian: At least 10 to create a nether portal, having enough for 2 helps.
- Flint & steel/ Fire charge: To light the portal.
- Warped Fungus on a stick: Warped fungus can be found in the Nether, combine it with a fishing rod (String + Sticks).
Optional:
- Elytra + Fireworks: Use firework while flying for a boosts, useful when exploring. Very useful in the nether.
- Bed: Create a checkpoint close to the nether portal.
- Potion of Fire Resistance: Obviously
Once you have these items you'll have to look for a large pool of lava in the overworld. (Or create one yourself)
With the update large caverns are now generated, I found a lake inside one of those caverns at -42 height.
Large enough to fly in and out with an elytra.
In existing worlds it might help to travel to an area that hasn't been generated yet.
When you find a suitable lake, feel free to create a checkpoint or back-up in case you lose the saddle or something.
Build the nether portal using the obsidian, You'll use it to take the Strider to the overworld.
In case a portal in the nether opens up somewhere high. Break it.
Create a new portal somewhere lower, if it's close enough to the old one, it'll link to the existing portal in the Overworld.
Striders can be found swimming in or hanging around the large lava oceans.
Use the Warped Fungus on a stick to lure one through the portal.
Because the Overworld portal is close to the lake all you have to do is equip the saddle and ride the Strider.
Using the Warped Fungus to steer.
Let me know if I missed something.

Confirmed to be at least 50 blocks traveled in a lava pool. Traveled just 50 and waited a minute or two and got the achievement.

Like Sev22suff said, it is 50 blocks, and it can be man-made or naturally occurring (I got the achievement from a lava pool that I created).

Soon as you walk out of the first room with beds it’s on the wall to the right. It says weather change
