Load up this world and you should spawn on a jungle island. Follow the coast line left(south) and you should hit the end of the island. You should be able to see a wooden pillar sticking out of the water. Continue south into the ocean and towards the pillar. When you get to the ship just go under the deck and grab the treasure map in the chest. Be careful not to drown.

Follow the map and it should lead you back towards the spawn island. The x will be next to a blue coral thing. Go two left of the coral and dig down. You might want to watch the video to show the exact location. Open the chest and grab the eye of the sea. The achievement should be yours.

Edit: For some people the treasure is not where it is in the video. If it is not check the coordinates 712, 49, 200 or 5 blocks to the left of the coral then three out to sea. Thanks x Mataeus x for the exact location.

Edit 2: seems to be about a 5 block radius where the chest can spawn. Just check all around the x. It might not be in the same location as the video.

This is achievement is for finding buried treasure in the ocean biome. The chest is a one block chest, and normally buried underground. To find the general location of the buried treasure, you need to find a treasure map. Treasure maps are found in the underwater shipwrecks. Once you find the shipwreck, search inside for a chest which hopefully contains one of these maps.

Now, the map has the red X on it, and the chest is meant to be right in the middle of the X. Now if you are like me, and doing this in your own world, it could be a challenge to pinpoint it. If you aren't able to quickly find it, what worked for me was to save the world, copy the world, and open up the copy in creative mode. I would then quickly dig out the entire area super quickly until I found the location. I would then switch back to my original survival world and dig down to it.

Once you open the chest the achievement will unlock

Seed: -1618472320, turn on "Coordinates", "Experimental"

Basically once spawned walk forward and you'll see a Shipwreck in the water, the mast will be sticking out. It's in the middle of the bay so you may need to swim for like ten seconds. The coordinates of it are 541, 62, 31. Dive down, grab a chest from below with a map (inside ship).

Head to 198, 60, -314 and dig three blocks down. Open the chest and grab the loot. The Achievement should unlock, it may be delayed or glitchy on this platform.

This solution is a little different than the others, since I can't always find the maps where others list them. This method has always worked for me. (6 versions now.)

First, you need to load up Daggienite's seed: -1618472320
Turn on coordinates and experimental gameplay.

Now go to these coordinates: 490, 32, 333. You will find a chest with a treasure map in it. Note that this chest is below the deck of the ship behind a door. There are also two other chests on this ship, one of which has iron in it for a bucket.

Now go to 198, 60, 135 (This is an approximation. One time it was 200, 59, 136. You may have to dig around a bit to find it.) When you find the chest, make sure to remove the Heart of the Sea, among everything else you grab.

I had to restart the map 3 times before one of the chests I would look for contained a treasure map.

I would check the wrecked ship straight out in the water at: 539, 47, 29. Then if nothing I would check the under water ruins @ 612, 45, 56

I had 0 luck with the first set of coordinates.

Head towards the X on the map which should be around if not @ 195, 61, -317
Looking around this area, I found my treasure spawned @ 200, 64, -312 It was 3 blocks deep from here.

I had a lot of difficulty unlocking this achievement following other guides, mostly due to the Wild update 1.19 changing seeds. As of February 2023, this seed works very well for this achievement. I also was not getting this achievement to pop through a realm or achievement world, so if you are having that issue as well, this is a single player world solution. This worked for me for both Minecraft and Minecraft iOS games.

The seed is 3546842701776989958, which I got from Dexerto.com (https://www.dexerto.com/minecraft/best-minecraft-seeds-......). You will spawn and need to head to coordinates 222, 68, 166. This will take you to an on land shipwreck next to a pillager outpost, so I recommend setting your difficulty to peaceful to avoid having to deal with pillagers. There are two chests on board the ship; the one in the room on the lowest level should have a treasure map for you to take. Follow the map to coordinates 280, 58, 136, where the treasure is located. (This is exactly above where the treasure chest was for me, it could be give or take 5 blocks from this position on your own world). Remove the block of sand above the treasure chest, then with the treasure map in your hand, open the chest and take the Heart of the sea and half the treasure. Then close the chest and re-open it, then take the remainder of the treasure. The achievement popped for me only after I opened the achievements tab in the pause menu.

This seed and shipwreck may also work for unlocking the Ahoy! achievement, but I have not tested that.

This seed contains a shipwreck on land fairly close to spawn that has a couple of chests with one containing a buried treasure map and another containing a couple of smithing templates. The treasure chest can be found very close to the ship. You may need to grab the treasure map before digging up the buried treasure for the achievement to unlock.

Minecraft Seed: -934967857 - This should work with the latest updated Bedrock versions of the game.
