Hey there!
I made a VERY SIMPLE achievement guide on the “With Our Powers Combined!” Achievement that discusses the easiest way to get it.

I have a whole tutorial On each frog, and a step-by-step method for each part of the process. I have unlocked these on PlayStation 5, and yet to unlock these on Xbox (as of writing this), but you can check out the Guide here! :

You simply need to have one of each color variation in your inventory. (purple, green, yellow)
For the curious: "A tiny magma cube drops a froglight when it is killed by a frog. There are three colors of froglight that drop depending on what type of frog kills the magma cube: pearlescent (purple) from warm (white) frogs, verdant (green) from cold (green) frogs and ochre (yellow) from temperate (orange) frogs." (Minecraft wiki)

But the easiest way to get this is to use an achievement world.
There are a lot of options for achievements worlds. You can join a realm, download an achievement world, or join an achievement server.

I used both of the following worlds, one realm and one downloaded:

Getting the Achievement: With All Our Powers Combined
(Just a quick disclaimer, no matter which options you choose, this is still a quite lengthy achievement to complete)
Materials needed: leads, slime balls, water buckets, materials to make a hut.

Step 1: Find a mangrove biome and locate 2 frogs (I personally found white frogs in my achievement world but orange frogs work too)

Step 2: Take the frogs with leads to either a warm biome for white, temperate for orange, or cold for green and make an enclosure with water in it (a mini pond, not just like water 1 deep), I find that making an enclosure will help with keeping track of the frogs and tadpoles.

Step 3: This can be a lengthy step as a forewarning, but Obtain slime balls. This can either be done by going to the mangrove and killing slimes on any difficulty except peaceful, waiting for a baby panda to sneeze, or locating a village and waiting for a wandering trader to spawn with a trade for slime balls.

Step 4: Once you have the slime balls (you need at least 2), breed the frogs. After a minute or so, one of the frogs will lay frogspawn, which eventually will turn into tadpoles (some might come out of the water and die and that's okay but just make sure you have at least 2 tadpoles, one for each biome temperature that you don't have)

Step 5: Wait for the tadpole to turn into a frog (if you did this correctly and in the right biomes, you should have one of each of every color and one extra of the original color that you bred together)

Step 6: Go into the Nether (or if you haven't already, make a nether portal because this is the most important step)

Step 7: Without any frogs with you, locate a safe way to get to a Basalt Deltas. Make a bridge across the lava if needed. It's very important that none of the frogs die.

Step 8: Separately or together, take the 3 different coloured frogs to the Nether to the Basalt Deltas.

Step 9: Make sure your game mode is on easy and look for small magma cubes. From there, your frogs will swallow them and produce the 3 different coloured froglights. Pick them up and the achievement will pop up.
