How to unlock the On A Rail achievement in Minecraft: PlayStation 3 Edition - Definitive Guide

We will need approximately 450 rails.
And about 50 electric rails
In general, the ratio of rails is at your discretion.

PS the rails must be laid in one direction, if they turn sideways then this does not count, 500 blocks are needed in the water direction.

By the way, you can do without electric rails if you play in co-op.
Build a straight road, get into the trolley and the second player stupidly pushes you from behind (checked).

Easy to do in the tutorial, break the iron blocks around the lighthouse and convert them into iron ingots.

Just build electric rails mixed with regular ones in one direction, make a cart and move on. If you don’t get the achievement, lengthen your path.

500 meters is 500 blocks in one direction.

Yes, everything is true, but for those who are not attentive, it is worth repeating that the road should be in 1 direction. I mean, if you build halfway forward and then turn back, you won't succeed . By the way, it’s better to be careful with a fence along the edges of the road, because evil animals will interfere with you and turn your cart back))). On PC, I did not make a fence and completed the achievement for about an hour, having already made the road to the beginning of my attempts to drive without obstacles.

If the road goes down or goes up, then nothing will change.
