You can tame a horse by trying to ride it (we sit on the horse and wait until it gets used to it). The trophy will drop immediately after the horse has stopped trying to throw you off

Important: when trying to mount a horse, you should not have a saddle in your hand (the horse will not allow itself to be saddled until it is tamed)

just choose a hand, exactly a hand, and sit on the big horse until hearts appear above it
