If you're after completing this achievement ASAP, open the spoiler. If you are after enjoying the story without spoiler, just continue playing as you would and this will eventually unlock.
Things might be a little different for you as choices affect how the story goes.

Stella will still be with you, and she is heading out quickly with her "treasure sniffing" llama. Some discussion about whether or not Radar should come with you will arise, before you guys head out. You will have to make a major decision in choosing to either join Petra, Jack and Vos, or to join Lucas and Radar.

Use Up down Left to stay on the rail.

If you joined Petra, Jack and Vos:
Follow the minecart. You will end up in a room with a puzzle. In the center, use the statue and remove all green and grey clay (basically the entire right hand side, which is all you can remove.

Talk to Vos (on the right) and give him the torch to burn the ice. He will give you some redstone bricks. Talk to Petra (on the left)and give her the clay. She will give you black clay in return. Now use the statue again and make the right hand side look the same as the left hand side, but symmetrical. The black clay should resemble the obsidian bricks, the redstone bricks are the same and you've got one grey block for the bottom spot (resembles the grey wool).

When that's done the cages will open. Before the door opens, you will have a new puzzle. You will have to open the chest to get the spider eyes. Then replace the middle diamond and the diamond on both sides with a spider eye (like the pattern above it). From the 2nd chest which now appears, get the items and craft a daylight sensor (glass row at the top, nether quartz row in the middle and wooden slab row at the bottom).

Either place the sensor yourself, or let Jack do so. Vos will be taken away and get through the door.

If you joined Lucas and Radar:
You will need to shoot all targets to make the door open. First get arrows from the hopper in the back, Walk to the left and break the dead bush to get sticks. Break the cobwebs on the right for strings. Then go to the crafting table to create a bow . Above the hopper, near the ceiling is a button, shoot it.

You will have to shoot all hostile mobs. Don't shoot pigs (with pink wool), villagers (purple wool) and humans (dark green and light blue wool) Do shoot skeletons, zombies, etc. (white, light green wool) Press the correct button to shoot all mobs that appear. When 2 hostile mobs appear at the same time, be sure to hit them both. After correctly hitting all 3 check marks 3 times, this challenge is completed!
