Seems like all tell tale games when a person has very slow internet or is downloading or overall using a lot of wifi thru Xbox when coming back to the game it could lead to a buggy achievement. You would have to restart from the beginning of the episode to unlock it

same. didnt unlock for me either. will replay if i cant be bothered. did the same tbh on season 1. for 2 level achievos. sadly. wanted me to replay. the whole chapter.s - to even get to the save state. annoying
