When in the room, look at the chests of the dead and look at the chest on the right. Look at the cowebs and cut them. Now use the crafting table to build a fishing rod. Use it in the lake on the left to catch a fish, then use the fish on the cat. Use the portrait on the wall slot. No matter what your answers are, Cassie will fall in a trap. Choose to dig or not, it doesn't matter, the chapter will end after that.
