How to unlock the Offline Mode achievement in Minecraft: Story Mode - Definitive Guide

After reuniting with everyone, choose to defend Harper or not. Enlight the portal, and you will get back in the first portal. Place the heart to open a new path, the chapter and the episode will end here.

Once you get back to town you'll have some dialog with harper and she'll show you how to fins your way back home. After that the episode will end and the achievement will unlock.
