This trophy is story related and cannot be missed, it will unlock upon completing the fifth chapter of Episode 1.

Once in the Nether, you will go through a large amount of dialogue with other characters, then hop on a Minecart and use it to get to a new Nether Portal that leads back to the outside world. Once outside, you will build a shelter for the night and the achievement will unlock on the next morning.
