How to unlock the The End of the Line achievement in Minecraft: Story Mode - Definitive Guide

Story related, can't be missed.
During Chapter 4, there is the puzzle so here is the solution:
Ghast Tears, Prismarine, Seas Lantern, Packed Ice and an Ender Dragon egg. Once you get them correct, the doors will open and you'll see the lights that have banners on them.
After Soren tells the story about the Enderdragon fight, you will have to switch off the lights and the solution is:
Bow & Arrow, TNT Block, Redstones and Sword.
Once you get them correctly, the door will be opened but there is a second door to open. You have to talk to Soren and then when he's done talking, you have to go to the blue block that is on the wall. Let Reuben give you a boost to the top, now walk to the switch and use it then the other door will open. You can now advance to the next room with Ender Crystals.

Get through the maze, build the barge, and explore Ivor's cottage/lab. When in the treasure room pick up all the items to expose a secret panel. Walk up to it and put the items in this order.

In the next room listen to more stories from Soren. Hit the buttons in this order: Bow, TNT, Red Stone, and then sword. That's door number 1. After that go the blue glowing block and Reuben will give you a boost. Walk round the to Head of the dragon a flip the switch. That's door number 2 and all you need to get to the book.
After the truth is learned you will need to make a weapon and enchant it. You will also get get some new armor. Re-group to to get the achievement and move on.
