How to unlock the Enchanter achievement in Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition - Definitive Guide
Constructing an Enchantment Table is something you will do late into the game. It isn't required to defeat the ender dragon, but highly recommended, as it upgrades Swords, Pickaxes, Shovels, Axes, Bows, and Armor.
Anyway, lets get down on what you'll need. You need the following:
4 Obsidian
2 Diamonds
1 Book.
The book can be extremely easy, go into an NPC Village and look for a house with some bookshelfs, break these and you get around 3 books per bookshelf.
The Diamonds are obtained via mining, you must go deep into a cave and search for these blocks. They can only be broken with Iron, Gold, and Diamond pickaxes. Although it may be unlikely you will have a diamond pickaxe at the time.
Obsidian is obtained from combining Still Lava + Water. It will become a purple block. This can only be broken with a Diamond Pickaxe, which is gonna be lengthy. It will take around 8-10 seconds to mine one obsidian block.
If you're wondering how to make Obsidian easily, just collect lava in one bucket and water in another, place lava down and quickly place water on the same block, it should turn into Obsidian.
After this has all been accomplished, go into your crafting table and craft this Enchantment Table. Achievement Unlocked!

It would help if you mentioned the seed for those co-ordinates, genius.

You can get this in the tutorial world, but it's a little bit more difficult than a lot of other achievements. It's still easy, though.
In the tutorial world, go into the redstone area. When you enter it, go down to the left, where there are a lot of redstone blocks that you can mine, and a chest. In the chest is an iron pickaxe. Take it.
Now go to one of the many diamond blocks in this starting area. Mine one (or two, they make great swords and armor) with your iron pickaxe. Take the diamonds.
Go to the library and smash a bookshelf. Take the book.
Go mine or smash some wood. Then go to a workshop and make a diamond pickaxe.
Then go to the furnace area next to the pond. Open the chest in the wall and take the bucket of lava. Pour the lava into the lake, and use your diamond pickaxe to mine the obsidian. Take it. Fill the bucket with water from the pond before you go.
Now for the long(er) part. There is a chest at X: -70, Y: 69, Z: 231. In that chest are two blocks of obsidian. Take them.
Right next to that room with the chest is a small lava basin. (Yeah, lava's just sitting there.) Take your water bucket and pour it into the lava, then mine the obsidian. You now have all the ingredients.
Finally, find a workbench and craft the Enchantment Table Voila! Instant achievement.

This achievement can be done in the most recent version of the 360 version Tutorial (I literally did this about 20 minutes prior).
Exit the main starting area, and head to the spot with the villagers. One side will have 11 emeralds in a chest. Pull them out and head to the smithing area. Open the chest in the smithing area and pull out the bucket of lava. Dig out 4 holes in the dirt and pour the lava in one hole. There should also be 3 blocks of lava in the same area. Pick them up with the bucket and put them in the ground (or just leave them there, players choice).
One of the villagers in the smithing area will trade the 11 emeralds for an iron pick axe with efficiency II. Get the pick axe.
Above you should be a giant pick axe made with diamond blocks and dark prismarine. Climb your way up to it and break a few of the diamond blocks down alone with some wood planks. Break the diamond blocks down into diamonds and the planks into sticks.
Head to the farming area and use the bucket to get water. Pour the bucket of water onto the four source blocks of lava. Use the crafting table in the blacksmith house and create a diamond pick axe and mine up the 4 pieces of obsidian.
Head to the potions tutorial area. There will be 6 bookshelves beyond the first 4 brewing stands. Break one to get 3 books. Head to the nearest crafting table and create the Enchantment table under the Structures tab. Regardless of putting it down, the achievement will pop.

Arguably the most time consuming part of this achievement is getting the obsidian for the enchantment table.
Fortunately, in the tutorial level in the final update of the game (aquatic) there is a place on the map that has obsidian in a chest.
Skip the tutorial aspect of the tutorial world and make sure you hold on to the map. Get some wood from trees or decorations, then get some diamonds by mining (with an iron tool) some of the diamond out of the giant pick-axe statue. Get a book, found in the tutorial level by smashing open a bookshelf.
Next, head south. It is useful to get a boat to speed up your travel and on the map head to the bottom right part.
When you are in the bottom right of the map (x: 248, Y: 67, Z: 354) you find a series of small houses, find the one with the lava outside of it and use the chest inside it to find 3 obsidian.
Then, in the western most cabin you can find iron ingots, to craft a bucket. Fill the bucket with water and pour it in on the lava outside of the first cabin you entered. Mine the obsidian that results and then combine all of the things at a crafting table (found under the crafting table subset) for your enchantment table and your achievement!

To construct an Enchantment Table you will need a book, two pieces of diamond and four pieces of Obsidian. Books are made from paper and leather, paper is made from sugar cane.
