So you only have to get hit once from a shulker? Then just throw one then another and it'll pop.

@ Darkness727420 yes once is enough the effect lasts about 10 seconds so you should have plenty of time to throw 2.

I didn't build anything, I used the shulkers outside the first building, then just threw ender pearls everywhere. Finally got it...

Does the ender city act the same way as the end that it sometimes glitches. Ive tried a few times throwing the ender pearl at the teleporter to get to the city but I dont go anywhere. I just stay inside the end, teleporting a few blocks back. Anyone know whats going wrong?

Try resetting the end. You'll have to make your way back to it but you won't have to fight the dragon again as long as you saved after defeating him

It should be noted for those who dont know you dont teleport until the ender pearl hits something. So make sure your aiming for the column you built and not just straight up

What the hell is the end city? These solutions are sorely lacking

you get to the end city after beating the end dragon. yes these solutions could use some work but it also helps to do them in the order they came out. the later solutions all assume you have a grasp on the game and not just starting out, which for some can be an issue

Yeah I had to google it since reaching the end city isn't very straightforward at all, even if you're experienced with the game--in fact, it's extremely counterintuitive. You have to return to the final boss arena after defeating the final boss, something you wouldn't necessarily think to do, notice a pretty small portal floating in the air, and then can only access it by throwing an Ender Pearl into it... it's very complicated. Not something the average player would figure out on their own.

Personally, my issue was that I played the game so sporadically (basically had it set aside for TA challenges) that I had to relearn a little bit every time I played. I never kept up with any news for the game either so there's stuff that I just simply don't know.

What i did is find one of the towers, dig out the big staircase at the top and also dig out the walls and roof around the shulker at the top, place water at the bottom of the tower and pray that all of the shulkers shoot bullets right at me.

Make sure you bring a bucket of water with you in the end city. In peaceful build a 100 block up near a shulker and empty your bucket of water from the top. Descend to the bottom. Let one shulker hit you and hold A in the water to ascent fast. Achievement unlocked.

This is by far the best solution IMO. I failed at the ender pearl throwing so many times. Tried this method to swim up a pillar and it worked first time. Thanks
