Enter an End Portal.

How to unlock the The End? achievement in Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition - Definitive Guide
You must be using newer world's that have The End portals already in them for this to work. I believe every update the seeds change so seed 1 may be a bare wasteland and next update seed 1 could be the perfect world with all 23 biomes.
On one world play in creative mode and then take Eye of Enders and throw them and follow the eyes till you find the stronghold where its near. Then mine out the area or use TNT to find the portal.
When you have found it mark its location down so you know where to find it later.
After that start your second world with the same seed on survival. Play the game as you would until you have found some items for a diamond pickaxe, get obsidian, make a Nether portal, find a Blaze spawner, kill Blazes for rods, and then kill Endermen for the Ender pearls.
Also noted if you can, try enchanting an iron or diamond sword with looting. You can save before you enchant it and reload the save as tedious as it can become the enchantment is totally worth it.
You will also want to get a Pumpkin for a helmet as well, Endermen will not teleport away from you if you are wearing a pumpkin on your head which makes them die as simply as anything else.
If you have a few buddies and have a world with no pumpkin seeds or pumpkins what so ever you can make a fishing rod and throw it at an endermen to leash it so he can't teleport to far away and just follow the line till you find him and kill him.
Once you have twelve Ender Pearls make them into Eyes of Ender with the Enderpearls and Blaze powder, place them into the twelve open slots and then you should see the teleport open and be looking into space.
Jump into the portal and the achievement will pop up. If you are prepared then kill the Ender Dragon on like peaceful or whatever you want for the other achievement
"If you are doing it on your own I also recommend saving the game every time you come across an enderman so you will be able to reload that savefile if the enderman didn't drop a pearl and than repeat till he does"
- No Parasite
and it's maybe better to first make a creative mode world and ensure that there's an enderportal in it with the chosen seed. that saves you some time setting up survival worlds that don't contain enderportals..
I'm making this super-user friendly for those of you who have never tried this and have no clue what you're in for. It's lots of fun.
----------------------------------------------
EDIT: The following workaround may have been patched. Which would suck. A lot.
EDIT REDUX: As of 6-22-2017, this appears to have not been patched. See comments. :-)
----------------------------------------------
First of all, make sure you are not playing on Peaceful. Then, GET AS MANY MATERIALS AS YOU CAN AS SOON AS YOU START THE TUTORIAL. At the beginning of the tutorial, you can take materials from chests, go to other tutorials areas and back... and many of the mats are magically refilled! You're going to need many of these for other achievements anyway, and Blaze Powder is now necessary for all potions. So stock up... NOW.
As has been stated, you need an Ender Portal... and a lot of prep. You're going to need the full 12 Eyes of Ender for this portal.
Don't store your items in any chests lying around. What I did was make a new large chest near the bed area, which I made as my home base.
Some advice:
=> In the Enchanting Area, there's a chest with a Diamond sword in it. You can enchant it with Fire Aspect II to burn lots of enemies, and Endermen.
=> There are a LOT of Diamonds around. Get an iron pickaxe and go to town. Go to the underground beacon and tear it apart. Make yourself a full set of Diamond armor. And swords. And pickaxes. A bunch. Makes life easier.
=> Get lots of Emeralds. You'll need them to trade with the villagers.
=> Get gold, too. You get make Notch Apples with them. Those are helpful, and there's a LOT of gold in them there blocks. Climb the towers and hack away. If they fall, just grab them from the bottom of the towers.
---------------------------------------------------
Now for the fun part.
Eyes of Ender are made from an Ender Pearl and Blaze Powder.
Blaze Powder - Again, you'll need 12 of these, so abuse the material respawn in the brewing tutorial area. A lot. You'll also need Ghast Tears, Nether Warts, and Magma Cream for other stuff, so grab those now. Better to get these now than having to travel to the Nether at all.
Ender Pearls can be obtained one of two ways:
The Hard Way - Kill lots of Endermen. I've seen them spawn pretty regularly near the tutorial village or just outside. You'll need AT LEAST 17 Ender Pearls in total. That's a lot of Endermen. 12 for your Eyes, 4 more for your End Crystals, and (if you want) 1 more for this achievement
The Easy Way - Follow the tutorial cart track west of the base to a village. Find the villager in purple. Trade a bunch of gold for an emerald. Back out. Trade emeralds for other stuff. You have to level the villager up to the point that he has Ender Pearls. Then you can get a bunch. If he runs out, quit out and talk to him again. You're going to need AT LEAST 17 of them. See why the Emeralds came in handy?
Combine an Ender Pearl with a Blaze Powder for one Eye of Ender, and repeat for a total of 16 of them.
-----------------------------------------------
You also need 4 End Crystals for
End Crystals are made from 7 glass blocks, 1 Eye of Ender, and 1 Ghast Tear, and you need 4 of them. Go to where you initially spawned and dig up all the dirt, then bake all of it in a furnace until you have 28 glass blocks. Then use the Eyes of Ender and Ghast Tears for a total of 4 End Crystals.
-----------------------------------------------
Now the REALLY fun part. Enchant your weapons, your swords (fire doesn't do much to the dragon, but it helps against others, so, yes, make a few different diamond swords). Also have a bow and lots of arrows handy. That means lots of skeletons (which aren't hard to find, or feathers and flint to make your own. You're going to want a bunch. Oh, and health potions. And food. And maybe a crafting table and furnace. Leave your last Ender Pearl at home, (or use it for the Beam Me Up achievement first).
Take an empty bottle. That way you can get this later:
Now you have to go to the End Portal. Luckily you basically can avoid the Nether altogether (unless you need it for other achievements).
Go to the following spot on your map, and SAVE YOUR GAME. This is super important. Don't make a save later because there's a possibility that after everything you're about to do, you can't destroy the End Crystals. In that case, you're going to need to exit without saving, quit out of the game and go into options. Then you'll have to "Reset the End" before you can actually beat the Ender Dragon. Which is very annoying. In any case, go here:
X: 209, Y: 65, Z: 89
This is the entrance to a VERY deep cavern... with a pool of water at the bottom. If you're ready, take a deep breath... and jump into the water. You won't take any damage. Now climb up to the lit building. You'll run into a bunch of skeletons and creepers to make your life more fun.
Then when you break into the building, there are silverfish! Where the hell did THEY come from?? To avoid them, I used dirt blocks to make a high path to the portal, and then blocks in front of their spawn next to the portal. Even so, you're going to want to hurry...while avoiding that lava. Fun!
Place an Eye of Ender in each of the 12 spots on the portal. Make sure not to accidentally throw one. You'll need to reload. Once you've done that, voila! An End Portal! And you'll get this if you don't have it:
You're now in a room. The trick is that you are about 10 blocks BELOW the surface. Start digging up, and try to make a staircase for a quick escape if you need it. Oh yeah, and there's an Obsidian floor. Dig it up.
I've been told you can do this on Peaceful, which eliminates the Endermen on the surface. Otherwise, the place crawls with them. Your fire sword will come in handy.
To kill the Dragon, you need to destroy the crystals on the tower, or else it'll keep regenerating. You can shoot them, or you can use dirt to climb the towers and hack that way. Be warned, they explode when destroyed.
Once you've destroyed them, go to town on the Dragon. One suggestion is to make a small Obsidian wall to hide behind with the Obsidian you dug up downstairs.
Once the Dragon is dead, there will be an Exit Portal. DON'T GO THROUGH IT. Instead, take those 4 End Crystals and place them around the portal. You want them in the middle blocks of the 3-part segments of the portal, not the single segments. Once you do that... HOLY CRAP, it's another Ender Dragon!!
Kill it if you want, or sacrifice all the stuff you have and just die. Go back to the Outerworld, and you'll have killed a lot of very difficult birds in one fell swoop.
Best of luck!!
...crap.
I don't know if for some reason the spawn is semi-random on these strongholds (shouldn't be) or if these updated guides aren't updated enough, but if you're still searching for the end portal coords, stand directly on
26,64,31
Not too far to the sides, as they will likely have water flow down. Mine down until
26,9,31
The portal will have 0 eyes in it, so make sure to bring 12.
Coordinates for an ender portal X:10, Y:26, Z:27
However this portal only has 5 eyes of ender placed on it meaning you're still going to have to get 7 more.
Blazes and Endermen will get you the necessary stuff to craft Eyes of Ender
Hope this helps :)
This is a time consuming achievement as it requires multiple steps to find one of these portals; this achievement can be done solo, but I suggest to do it with friends/other players to save some time. You must collect Enderpearls by killing Endermen, then craft the pearls into Eyes of Ender by combining them with Blaze Powder that Blazes drop. Now once you have the pearls, get to the surface and start throwing the pearls one at a time; the pearls show start leading you to the location of the End Portal. Once the Pearls stop moving and stay at a certain spot, dig down and you should be very close the End Portal; search around the area you've dug into and you should soon come across the End Portal.
You will need 12 Ender Pearls to trigger the portal, so I suggest making around 25 pearls just to be safe. Put the Pearls into the frames around the portal and then jump in.
