As you may know, jumping upon Slime Blocks causes you to bounce a certain percentage of your original height, so for this particular height of 30 blocks, in my brief tests I have found that you must be at a height of at least 90 blocks above the slime block you are jumping on to achieve a 30 block bounce.

creative or survival mode ?
By HtownVietGirl03 on 02 Apr 2016 00:31
I tested it in Creative mode, however the achievement will only unlock in Survival.

That's going to be a pain, in my world I rarely come across any slime mobs.

I have about 5 stacks of slime balls in my world still left over after creating 9 slime blocks for when this update comes out. In most of my worlds, at some point I create a slime farm to make it easier to create sticky pistons. Also my world is set up so that most people can join and rather quickly get all the achievements in the game excluding the launch title achievements.

How do you set up a slime farm?
By Homunculus Fury on 02 Apr 2016 16:49
It's a little time consuming but it's worth it usually. U can have an automated version but it's best just to manually kill them. The first thing u would need to do is find a minecraft Xbox 360 slime finder website and make sure it's the 360 version because the PC version has different seeds. In the world details in the game, it will tell u what seed ur in for that world. U put that seed into the slime finder website and it will produce a grid of random green chunks spread across the grid. U now look for an area on the grid where there are a few slime chunks beside each other or relately close to each other to maximize the spawning area. Once u choose a big area with a lot of slime chunks (mine I think was 48x80 or 3x5 chunk) and had atleast 5 slime chunks in it which meant the slimes could spawn in 33% of the map I dug out. So now the time consuming part, I believe the slimes still only spawn in the chunks at an elevation of y=16 or below, but check to make sure that is still true. Now u will have to dig out that whole area in which I had to dig out ~19200 blocks with atleast a ceiling of 5 high. Make sure ur world saves every 15 mins or so cause there is always a shit load of lava u will have to deal with. When dealing with the lava try to get rid of it from the top by dumping water over it or placing blocks on the lava sources. As well, by having ur floor of ur farm at around y=10, u will have the best range for getting diamonds and other materials. Hope this helps you and anyone else that reads this message.

As a side note, if u r just wanting slimes for the achievement, I can probably give u the achievement when the update comes out
By DanielBCook on 02 Apr 2016 17:13
A block height of 3 is probably still find, but the big slimes like to spawn when there is a little bit more head room for them

Thanks for the info. If it proves to hard to set up I may hit you up but I like to get these into my world.

Also a question for your test how many slime blocks do you have?
By Homunculus Fury on 02 Apr 2016 21:24
U only need one for the achievement, I just added more so that people won't miss the slime blocks and kill themselves. So u only need 9 slime balls and u need to jump off atleast a 90 block structure on to the slime block for u to bounce 30 blocks high for the achievement
By DanielBCook on 02 Apr 2016 21:28
Nice ill have this set up already just need a ladder lol
By Homunculus Fury on 02 Apr 2016 21:50
I have a platform 120 blocks higher than the slime pit that I built and still no achievement. The newest update also spawns slimes above ground in swamps so you no longer need to go underground.
By pugmama59 on 03 Apr 2016 00:20
Oh, never mind the achievement hasn't been added yet, has it?
By pugmama59 on 03 Apr 2016 00:24
They are not active until the next title update

As pugmama59 said, slimes now spawn in swamps at night. In one night I got a whole stack of slime balls from a swamp.

Are these trophies live? There is no way to craft a slimeblock at the moment... when are these obtainable? I just dyed my leather armor aswell without a trophy popping..
By SnowFleurz on 04 Apr 2016 16:24
Not live yet and you make a slime block on the crafting table you need 9 slime to make the block.
By Homunculus Fury on 04 Apr 2016 16:30
I cannot find under what tab is it located.. and when I google it I only find the PC way with 9 empty squares.
Do you know when these trophies are live?

Its in there somewhere, I'm not at my console at the moment. But if u can't find it just switch ur crafting scheme to the PC crafting layout in the options menu and manually put the slime balls into the crafting bench
By DanielBCook on 04 Apr 2016 17:23
I think it's called classic crafting
By DanielBCook on 04 Apr 2016 17:31
It's under the same tab as making the dye. Second to last where you can make the gold and iron blocks.
