Start up the world with the seed 190800072 on Easy, with the bonus chest and coordinates turned on. Craft a sword, and make your way towards 440, 65, 460. This is the location of the Pillager Outpost. You can either make a bed to set your spawn here or copy a save of this world in case you die. You’ll know which one is the Pillager Captain because they have a large banner over their head. It’s best to attack him when he is alone away from the tower as his guards can be annoying to fight. Or you can release the caged Iron Golem and he will help attack. Just make sure he doesn't kill the captain. Once you kill the Captain, you will receive the Bad Omen effect, as well as an achievement.

Now head towards 560, 65, 520. This is the location of a village. Upon entering the village with the Bad Omen effect, a raid will commence, and you should get the achievement for starting a raid.

I seemed to pop the achievement on W10 and Android fine but can't for the Xbox version. I assumed it was fixed but maybe they broke it again.

3 attempts using Win10 to host, all failed.
Worked 1st time hosting locally to the X1. Do note it took about about 60 seconds to unlock from when the raid started.

Just make sure you kill the captain, he died to fall damage for me so I had to restart. It didn't give me the effect.

for those who are trying to get this achievement as guests from a world already created does not go try it from w10 to xbox 4 times and I never jump the achievement I thought it was bugged after I followed the guide and I jump the achievement to the first attempt :)

I don't think you're the only one. According to TA, no one has unlocked this achievement since yesterday. Just had a glance at some base game achievements and I can't find anyone unlocking them since the 11th of March.

Everything worked except for the secend set of coordinates. It's just water at that location. I traveled pretty far (1000+) in both directions and was unable to find any sign of life outside of the pillagers. My guess is the aquatic update may changed the way seeds worked previously.

I found another village on the same seed since the first one is no longer there - bit of a walk but the co-ordinates are
-1330, 64, 681

It seems that this achievement will also only unlock for the host of the world. I tried hosting from WIN10 and joining, and after two attempts nothing popped for the Xbox1. Hosted from my Xbox1, and it popped on the first attempt.
