You have to win 5 games of:
* Campaign Mode
* Classic Mode (5 in easy, 5 in medium, 5 in hard, 5 in customized)
* 5 flags against CPU
* 5 flags on Live (they must be NOT ranked)
If it doesn´t unlock, try 5 local cooperative games too, it seems to be needed too (thanks for people confirming it on the comments!).
I can fully confirm that 5 ranked aren´t needed, because I haven´t played one and I have this achievement. I can confirm too that customized classic counts, because I unlocked it after playing my first 5 games on that mode.

Ohh, that's nice to know. I already have 6 wins (5 player matches and 1 ranked match) and I was wondering why the achievement doesn't unlock, I was afraid that there is because it must be ranked matches. I missed the 5 classic customized XD. Thanks!

The five Xbox Live Multiplayer matches needed to unlock this must be player, not ranked matches. Turn players to two so you don't have bots and change time limit to sixty seconds. Each match should take around a minute.

You need to have a boosting partner for this? Or just with a guest account?

You should change your text to (They must NOT be ranked) I am still a bit confused if it has to be ranked or not but 90 % tells me you meant it does not have to be ranked.
Also there are no local cooperative games. But there are local matches. You play vs each other and not cooperative. I tried to find the cooperative mode but there isn´t one. :)

According to the description, this should be 20 wins total. You'll need 5 wins of classic single player, 5 wins in campaign single player, 5 wins in flags single player, and 5 wins in multiplayer. To check how many wins and of each type you have, go to Help & Options > My Stats. To find partners for the 5 online wins you'll need, go here.
