Suggest doing this once you have upgraded boost and nitro as AI will collect coins if they are ahead of you. There is one coin under the duck which will slow you down, I ignored that one, collected the other 19, then jumped from the top to the floor and collected duck coin last. As long as you don't cross the start/finish line you are fine and the AI almost never hit the duck
