Downvoting because this method didn't work for me, no matter how long I tried jumping around the cash and doing burnouts or nitro.
Actually you are supposed to use the "sun" ball. Just push the book at the left wall to reveal an entrance to the secret room, roll the sun back and the cash burns instantly.
Edit: Changing the vote, I was doing burnouts wrong :D My way with the ball is a bit faster but "Neron" achievement has to be done this way. Burnout has to be done right after doing a trick in air, I was too slow previously.
