You need to get 3 or 4 of the same customization via chests to unlock an item (Ball, Avatar, Trail, Hole Effect) and then you can buy from customize section and unlock this achievement

this one took me forever to unlock (about 30mins) ...luck-based achievements...ugh :-) , but besides that, great guide!
