Hotel Guest 1: Scuba Diver
You'll come across this guest on your way to the Hotel. You just have to wait until the timer is at 10 seconds and the guest will surface. Walk close enough to him for him to talk to you and he'll go to the Hotel.
Hotel Guest 2: Save From the Gang
One screen north of the Hotel there's a group of enemies that will attack you. Kill all of the enemies that have weapons (swords or bows). There will be one guy without a weapon that does not attack you. If he's the last one and you talk to him, he'll go to the hotel.
Hotel Guest 3: Credit Card
One screen west of the gang is this little guy on a crate asking for help in finding his credit card. Push the crate into this hole in the rocks, he'll find the card, and then go to the hotel.
Hotel Guest 4: In the Trees
One screen east of the Graveyard with the bone are a set of trees. Chop down all the trees and when you approach the last one, the guy will say he's going to the hotel.
Hotel Guest 5: Under the Boxes
There are a couple of boxes near the damn. Just push them out of the way and you find a little guy that now will be at the hotel.
Hotel Guest 6: Guy Stuck Across Bridge
You'll find a frog across the bridge complaining about the Sword Factory ruining the environment. Flip the top switch by the damn and the bridge will close so you can walk across it. Get close enough to the frog so he'll talk to you and he'll end up in the Hotel.

Mendel
This is required to get the flippers, and the guy behind the front desk will give you a hint for each guest's location. In no particular order:
1. Left one screen from the hotel, kill the three enemies here and a guy wearing a snorkel should emerge from the pond and say it's safe to go to the hotel. You may need to attack him or leave the screen and come back to get him to emerge.
2. North one screen from the hotel, you'll see 5 bushes. When you get close enough, you'll be ambushed by bandits. One of the bandits will not attack you, so kill all the others, and if he's left alive, he'll say he's heading to the hotel.
3. Right one screen from the hotel, follow the river up one screen to the dam. You'll see two boxes near the top of the screen; move one up and one right to reveal a hotel guest.
4. From the bandits that ambush you, cut down one of the two trees at the top left of the screen and go left. You'll find someone inside a box looking for his wallet. You need to push the box up, left and then down, following his clues, and he fits inside the missing part of the left square of stones.
5. Head north from the hotel until you reach the graveyard, and then go right. A hotel guest is hiding in the trees here, so cut them all down and he'll head to the hotel.
6. The final guest is the on the other side of the factory bridge. From the hotel, go right and then down to access the mines. Use your Sword Thrower to blow up the bombs from a distance, and then head up the stairs and into the pipe. Continue up to find three switches. The top switch will repair the bridge, and talking to the guy near the bridge will send him to the hotel.
