After collecting the sword from the beach and using it to collect the watering can, use the watering can on the flower seed near the top of the screen one screen west of the starting house on 3 different lives to get your 1st extra heart.

Picked up the grown heart, but I didn't get the achievement at the time for unknown reasons. Even after unlocking the one for getting every heart. Ended up starting a new game (Mary Mode), and regrew the heart again on that save. Unlocked as my last achievement, when it should have been the second or so.

I couldn’t hardly see the seed. Once I did see it, it was a breeze.

Grab water can outside your house, on the left hand side as you’re looking at the house

Hit B to die.

Respawn in house

Rinse & repeat 2 more times

You will get this after you grab your very first heart. There are 6 in the game and I grab them all in the video below in the collectible section that starts at around 15:30.

If you’re going to post a full game walkthrough video for a single achievement, then at least get the time stamp correct. The time stamp for this achievement starts at 19:45.
