You will receive this trophy after beating the factory boss and putting the broken sword in the toilet. Please see Safety Inspector for instructions on how to shut down the factory. From there, head north to find the factory boss. Dying or running out of time doesn't really matter from this point on, as you'll always start at the boss, and any damage you've done seems to save. For the first phase, push the boxes to block the beams so you can walk around, and hit the swords that are stuck into the ground, avoiding the stuff he's throwing at you. Once swords start revolving around the boss, hit them whenever he isn't attacking you, and eventually he'll surround you both with swords and you can just hit him until he dies.
