Please see Tourist for information on how to reach the island. Once you're there, make sure you head inside to create a checkpoint, and then there are three puzzles you need to complete to turn on the televators.

Two are outside of the house, which require you to repair a bridge with a box. The puzzle to the south is very simple, you just need to hit four objects in a specific order to turn on the machine. The puzzle to the left is similar, you'll need to experiment hitting the objects to try to get all of the objects raised up at the same time.

The third puzzle is in the basement of the house, so first cut down the tall palm tree on the island to receive the Basement Key, and then head inside. Go right, and then make your way through the teleporter maze. Your goal is to reach the top right teleporter. Once you do, turn on the final machine, and return to the basement of the house. the televator will now be working and you can leave the island.
