How to unlock the Praise the Run achievement in Mirror's Edge Catalyst - Definitive Guide

To get this, the Runner's Focus bar must be full and kept full for a minute. An easy way to get it is in the first Runner's Loft at the beginning of the game. There is a space to run around in, but I found out that if you run anti-clockwise the bar will shrink. If you run clockwise, however, it will stay full. Don't stop take too tight of a turn as this will also cause the bar to fall.
This can be won anywhere you can free-run for a minute.

You can reach full focus by filling the white bar next to your health (left bottom in your screen). Maintain it for (roughly) 2 minutes and the trophy will pop.
