How to unlock the Head over heels achievement in Mirror's Edge - Definitive Guide

Easily done in Prologue - The Edge. To avoid a heavy landing, you must skill roll by pressing just before you land whenever you fall from a distance. This will include any jumps you make off buildings, or falling down chutes. Complete the chapter without receiving a heavy landing for the trophy to unlock.
