There is 3 bags per chapter (including the prologue) for a total of 30. I created a video that shows every bags locations, should be easy to find them after you watched it.

There are a total of 30 hidden bags in the game, 3 in each level. These bags are big, yellow satchels; they are very easy to see. You will know you are close to a hidden bag when you see the Runner Glyph on a wall or object (image). Below are some videos of the hidden bags in each level.
