In order to get a star rating of 75, you will need to get 3 stars on at least 9 levels, with 2 stars on every other level. The Pure Time Trial DLC levels seem to be, for the most part, harder than the original levels, so therefore I recommend trying to get 3 stars on the original levels if you're only going for a 75 star rating.
