This one is a little trickier than the other ones as potions are quite helpful but you normally get them seldom enough at the start anyway.
Just make sure to not use any potions during the first 5 full tempests after starting a new life.
Gets signifiantly easier in later lifes due to the bonuses you get.
Be aware that the whole game is buggy and seems to treat your first 2 Lifes like a Tutorial without the ability to unlock achievements.
If you fulfill this condition during the tutorial you need to delete your save, redo the tutorial and do the condition again
