Very easy just upgrade the catcher of wind two times to lvl 3.
You need to gather some aether to do so but if you focus on upgrading the catcher of wind should be done within a few tempests.
Should come naturally anyway as you get more bonusses with each life and probably can quite easily upgrade everything.
Be aware that the whole game is buggy and seems to treat your first 2 Lifes like a Tutorial without the ability to unlock achievements.
If you fulfill this condition during the totorial you need to delete your save, redo the Tutorial and do the condition again
