For anyone else getting really annoyed about this achievement for being promoted to "Minors pitching difficulty in Dynamic Difficulty."

This did not unlock until I reached Minors difficulty in Batting.

No one else commented it anywhere and I can't see anyone else saying it, but this was my issue

Could have just been a me problem, but who knows.

Since no other suggestion worked, here's what I finally did that DID end up working:

Go to the main menu. Select the settings gear in the top right and change it to Casual. When you back out, choose "Set as Default." Go into an Exhibition game and pick the NL all-stars and play the Orioles. Your difficulties will start at Beginner and Hitting will be directional/pitching default. Go through the hitting tutorial and when you're done, go into the settings and change it to zone, go into sliders and change dynamic difficulty slider all the way up.

Tee off on Orioles pitching with zone hitting and the difficulty will go up quickly.

When it's your turn to pitch, go through the tutorial then change it to pinpoint and strike everyone out with deGrom.

It took me 12 innings to go from beginner to getting all 6 achievements related to difficulty changes. You can just restart the game when you finish your first one.
