This is from selling an item in the community market to fulfill a buy order, not selecting the "Quick Sell" option from your inventory.

In Diamond Dynasty mode, go to the "Marketplace" section under the "Shop" tab.
You will want to find a Diamond rarity card that has "Buy Now" and "Sell Now" prices that are as close as possible to each other to minimize the amount of stubs you will lose with this method.

I was able to get this achievement with the Old Miami stadium, there may be better options in the Unlockables, Perks, or Sponsorships sections, but at the time of this writing, most of the stadiums are fairly good options.

At this moment, the current "Buy Now" price of Old Miami is 1699 stubs with a "Sell Now" price of 1340. So go to the listing, buy it for the lowest listed price, then immediately click on the "sell" option and sell it at the asking price. In this example you would lose 359 stubs plus the 10% commission fee (134 in this case) but the achievement should pop immediately.
