From the main menu, look at the top right. There's 2 buttons, Create/Settings. Click into create, roster control and then create player. Just needs to be 2 pieces of equipment of the same brand. I used Mizuno bat and batting gloves. Then click the "start" button to finish and click "free agent pool". The achievement will pop.

Super simple. From main menu, go up to the 'Create" button in the top right of the screen, then click on "Roster Control" and then "Create A Player". Then under the "equipment tab" simply equip a two pieces of equipment from the same brand.

I went with Nike as they have a large variety of equipment and popular companies like Under Armor, etc. will have a better chance of showing up in your inventory.

After equiping two of the same brand, simply save the player and exit and the achievement should pop!
