How to unlock the Back in My Day achievement in MLB The Show 23 - Definitive Guide

On the main menu of the game go down below to the other modes
Select “Retro Mode” under play now.
Teams don’t matter.
Start the game. Once the game loads, go immediately to the pause menu and go to “quick manage”. You can use the option to “fast forward” and you can select end of game (You can then press B to skip to the end of the game). If your team wins, you’ll unlock the achievement. If not, you’ll have the option to restart when you click the “Exit Post Game” option.

You can also press (B) to speed up the game after you fast forwarded.
