Go to exhibition mode. Make sure you are the away team(on the left) so you can bat first. I used the Boomer team, but you can easily use the boomer squad/ either All-Star team / Groundbreakers. When picking stadiums, hit "LB" and go to created stadiums. Pick the stadium "Hometown", it is a small field and has like 2' tall outfield walls.

I used the Boomer team, my batting order was... Mike Schimdt, Willie Stargell, Reggie Jackson, Ken Griffey Jr., Jeff Bagwell, Eddie Murray, Jim Thome, Cal Ripken Jr. and Orlando Cepeda. If you don't get back to back HR's in the first, just click "exit" in the menu and "confirm restart".

It might have got pushed further down the list, I did this within the first few days the game was out. Honestly, any stadium should work with those hitters.

I hit back to back home runs and the achievement didn't pop. Does messing with the difficulty and sliders disable achievements?

@The Big Drat I'm pretty sure difficulty doesn't have anything to do with it, sliders might though. I'm not 100% sure on that though.

Picked Boomers v Durham.Bulls on Casual in Hometown stadium. Hit 5 straight HRs on 1st try with Schmidt, Jackson, Murray, Piazza and Ripkin.
